Italia: A Fun Image As We Prepared to Leave Chicago

Sometimes, an image so perfectly describes a life event that it is pure serendipity.

Just before we left O'Hare Airport on July 20, this image appeared before me.  A blazing Chicago logo gave way to the word "Ciao!" just visible in the distance. (Click on the image for a larger picture.)

At that moment, I felt like I was in exactly the right place, at the perfect time.
